13 people were killed in bombing of Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk
13 people were killed on Wednesday in shelling on the Dnipropetrovsk region of central-eastern Ukraine, Governor Valentin Reznichenko announced.
Two other people died from their wounds, adding to the first 11 fatalities previously announced by the Governor via Telegram.
The evening attack also injured 11 people, including five in a dangerous condition, in this relatively safe area, which receives civilians evacuated from the Donbas region to the east and is the center of Russia’s offensive.
“We had a terrible night… It’s very difficult to get the bodies out of the rubble. Please go to safe places during air warnings”.
The city of Marganites on the opposite bank of the Dnipro River off Ukraine’s Zaporeggia nuclear plant and the town of Vichitarasevka was targeted by an attack in which Grad rocket attacks were used.
“80 rockets were deliberately and maliciously fired at residential neighborhoods as people slept in their homes,” the Governor confirmed.
