A 29-year-old Palestinian man was killed by live Israeli fire amid skirmishes with soldiers in the West Bank city of Hebron on Friday, according to Palestinian Authority health officials.
The Israel occupation Forces claimed that forces opened fire in Hebron, hitting a Palestinian who “throw[ed] a firebomb towards troops, endangering their lives,” according to the IOF.
The individual was recognized as Ahmad al-Atrash by Palestinian media. According to Palestinian media, he previously served time in Israeli jails for six years.
