Abbas meets US counterpart in Bethlehem
President Mahmoud Abbas on Friday met his US counterpart Joe Biden in the West Bank city of Bethlehem according to local sources.
Sources said that the national anthems of U.S. and Palestine were played before President Abbas and his counterpart, Biden, reviewed the honour guard at the presidential headquarters in the city.
It added, both leaders are slated to hold talks on the latest political developments and bilateral relations followed by a joint press conference.
