“Black Death” returns to world
China on Wednesday announced that a case of the bubonic plague, known as the “Black Death”, had been recorded in the northwestern region of Ningxia.
The black death patient had returned to Yinchuan from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in northern China.
According to the reports of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters in Ningxia Region, as soon as it was confirmed that a person infected with the “black death” had been infected with the plague.
