Lapid allows settlers to storm Al-Aqsa, with Knesset members
Israeli media on Saturday evening reported that Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid decided to allow settlers, including members of the Knesset, to storm Al-Aqsa.
The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation (Makan), said, “the Israeli police will allow all events scheduled in Jerusalem tomorrow, including the arrival of Jews to the Temple Mount.”
Meanwhile, dozens of settlers arrived at Bab al-Amud in occupied Jerusalem this evening, waving Israeli flags, with the start of the so-called “destruction of the Temple” anniversary.
Besides, the occupation police announced this evening, allowing settlers to storm Al-Aqsa Mosque on Saturday and Sunday, in the so-called “destruction of the Temple” anniversary, and allowing (Knesset) member Itamar Ben Ghafir, to storm Al-Aqsa, while calls continue to move to Al-Aqsa.
Hamas rejected the occupation decision to allow the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque tomorrow, asserting that the Palestinian people are united to defend their land and sanctities.
