Putin gives 1 million rubles for every Russian mother who gives birth to 10 children
By decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, every Russian mother who gives birth to 10 or more children will receive one million rubles as a reward.
Russian President Vladimir Putin revived a Soviet-era award for women who have 10 or more children as Russia grapples with a demographic crisis exacerbated by the war in Ukraine.
