“Iran’s stance on IAEA investigation jeopardizes nuclear talks”
On Saturday France, Britain and Germany vented their frustration at Iran’s request in talks to revive its 2015 nuclear deal that the UN nuclear watchdog closed an investigation into uranium particles found at three sites, adding that he was jeopardizing the talks.
“This latest request raises serious doubts about Iran’s intentions and commitment to a successful outcome on the JCPoA,” the three countries said in a statement, referring to the full name of the agreement, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
“Iran’s position contradicts its legally binding obligations and jeopardizes the prospects for the restoration of the JCPoA.”
