Israeli settlers attack elderly man near Hebron
Illegal Israeli settlers assaulted and wounded an elderly Palestinian man on Saturday while working on his farm east of Surif town, west of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank according to local and medical sources.
Sources reported that Palestinian, Abdullah Mohammad Ghneimat, 81, suffered a fracture in the arm and various bruises to several parts of his body.
Palestinian medics ran to the area and delivered the needed treatment to the elderly man before taking him to a hospital in Hebron.
In related news, Israeli settlers raided Palestinian agricultural lands in the al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiya village, northwest of Ramallah, and tried to force the Palestinians out of their lands.
In Jerusalem, the soldiers kidnaped Mahmoud Awadallah Dirbas after storming and ransacking his home in the al-‘Isawiya town.
