DRFM congratulates PFLP’s leaders for eighth conference success
A delegation of the Democratic Reformists within Fatah Movement (DRFM) on Tuesday visited the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) leaders to congratulate them at the end of the eighth general conference.
During the conference the leaders re-elected leader Ahmed Saadat as Secretary-General of the Popular Front, and leader Jamil Mezher as Deputy Secretary general.
The delegation asserted the need to strengthen national relations with all the Palestinians and its components, especially the leaders in the front, with who has a long history of struggle since the first generation of former Palestinian president Yasser Arafat and the George Habash.
The delegation clarified the most important targets of the movement including, maintain the components of the Palestinian national action as: official institutions, civil society, and factions.
Besides, restore the national unity and complete the journey of palestine’s struggle against the occupation until victory.
It also discussed the latest developments in the Palestinian arena, specifically the ongoing escalation of the occupation against Al-Aqsa Mosque.
