Apple adds a new feature to its next phone screens
Apple intended to add a new feature for its next iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max screens according to Bloomberg.
According to the agency, Apple intended to add a “Permanent Mode” feature to its new phone screens to be familiar to those in the latest hours released by the company. This feature will work likewise to that of modern Apple clocks starting from the fifth-generation according to the “Free” website.
Apple’s support page reported that the “permanent mode” means time is always visible, as well as the clock interface or the latest active app to maintain the battery rate, Apple plans to use dedicated screens, such as those used in its clocks.
The Agency stated that this feature might be added to the operating system “AI or S16”, by updating the lock screen.
Apple was expected to add this feature to iPhone 13 versions, but the company postponed its launch, according to the agency.
