The German Heart Foundation reported that some people have rapid heartbeats, and anyone who has a rise in resting heart rate to 100 beats per minute indicates a very fast heartbeat, given that the usual rate is between 50 and 100 beats per minute.
The Foundation said that heart palpitations can be caused by a variety of factors, some of which are minor and others of which are dangerous.
Physical activity and emotional events such as stress, fear, happiness, and hormonal changes in a woman’s body before her period, pregnancy, or menopause are the simple reasons.
Heart rhythm problems, low blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, and a shortage of fluid in the body are all major causes of heart palpitations.
A doctor should be seen as soon as these symptoms are recognized in order to discover the true cause of heart palpitations and treat it as soon as possible.
