Russian cartoon film tops box office in-country
Russian cartoon film tops the box office in the country, for the past two weeks, Denis Chernov’s Russian animated film “Fenik” has topped box office receipts in Russian theaters.
Ricky Animation Film Workshop, known for its “Smeshariki” and “Fixiki” cartoons, produced the film, which was released on March 24 and has since grossed 265 million rubles.
The film was watched by about one million people, or about 40% of Russian viewers, according to the Russian Minister of Culture on her channel “Telegram.”
Thanks to the high-quality animation, enticing dynamic scenario, and gleaming special effects, it added that the aforementioned film is suitable for the entire family to watch.
The film follows the adventures of a young woman named Christina and the owner of the house “Venike,” who decide to investigate mysterious events in the city of (Berg).
Dmitriy Khrustalyov, a well-known comedian, played the lead role in the film, which also starred Danya Milukhin, a well-known young blogger, actress Veronika Golubeva, and others.
