Putin: U.S. is responsible for Ukraine’s war
Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Washington on Tuesday of seeking to prolong the war in Ukraine, while the first United Nations vessel sailed to transport grain from Ukraine to Africa.
To discuss the implementation of the agreement, which allows the export of grain from Ukraine and was signed by Kyiv and Moscow in July under the auspices of the United Nations and Turkish mediation, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will go to Ukraine on Thursday, where he will meet with Ukrainian Presidents Volodymyr Zelensky and Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
