Diliani comments on Biden’s visit to Jerusalem
The leader of the Democratic Reformists within the Fatah Movement, Dimitri Diliani, Saturday, said in a press statement that the “United States blackmailed us by handing over the bullet that killed Shireen Abu Akleh”.
He said that Biden’s visit demonstrates the decline of the Palestinian cause and the collapse of its diplomacy.
He added that Biden’s visit was less than an hour to raise 6 major issues, but they only got the financial package.
Diliani asserted that there was an annual US budget for Jerusalem hospitals, but when Abbas cut diplomatic relations and kept secure, the budget was cut, so that Biden has chosen to return part of the previous budget.
