IOF bulldozers destroy Al-Araqib town 203 times
Israeli occupation bulldozers destroyed on Monday 27 June 2022 the houses and shelters of the Palestinian citizens of the town of Al-Araqib in the Negev for the 203rd consecutive time, under the protection of the Israeli forces.
Every month, the Israeli occupation forces invade the village, destroy its houses and terrorize its people, as the villagers reconstruct their tents and houses again after each destruction.
The demolition of Al-Araqib this morning is the seventh one in a row since the beginning of 2022. It was demolished 14 times last year 2021.
The village of Al-Araqib is inhabited by 22 families, numbering about 800 people, who live on livestock farming and desert agriculture.
In the seventies of the last century, the residents were able, according to the laws and situations of the Israeli authorities, to prove their right to own 1250 dunams out of thousands of dunams of land.
