How to protect your kid from sunshine?
A new heatwave intensifies summer, coinciding with many going to the beaches for vacation, and children get some hurt as a result of exposure to sunlight during that period, which requires means to protect children.
Direct exposure to the sun is good for the body, it provides our kids with vitamin D, may cause them a number of health risks, according to the kids’ health website, and there are some symptoms caused by direct exposure to the sun.

Tips to protect your kid from the sun
Mothers cannot stop their children from playing and going down to the water during summer holidays, so they must follow the next instructions:
1. Choose the right time to go down to the water, whether sea or swimming pool, this time is before 10 am, or after 4 pm to avoid sunburn.
2. Choose the appropriate sunscreen for your skin type, and renew it every two or three hours at the latest.
3. Use a moisturizing cream on the skin in the evening, to treat the skin and protect it from damage from sun exposure.
4. Use swimming glasses to protect the eye from the sun.
5. Care to shower at least twice a day to reduce body heat.
6. Shower immediately after exiting from the water, to prevent damage from chlorine, and dispose of excess salts.
7. Wear light-colored cotton clothes that reflect the sun’s rays.
8. Do not give up the headgear when exposed to the sun, even during the descent of water to protect the skin from sunburn.
9. Wear sunglasses to protect the eyes from harmful sunlight, taking into account the choice of good lens type so as not to give negative results to the eye and harm them.
10. Drink abundant amounts of water throughout the day, to maintain the body’s moisture.
11. Attention to eating fresh vegetables and fruits among the main meals.
12. Divide meals throughout the day, taking into account the child’s snack every 3 hours.
13. Move away from fatty foods that harm the stomach, causing a lazy feeling.
