Mass attack on McDonald’s in Britain
Employees of a McDonald’s restaurant in Nottingham, Britain, were attacked after more than 50 teenagers, aged 13-15, stormed the restaurant for looting.
According to the “Daily Star” newspaper, dozens of young people jumped on the reception desk in an attempt to get things from the kitchen, while others deliberately abused the workers inside the restaurant.
Police, who are following up on camera footage to investigate the incident, said the teenagers stole food from the kitchen, and soft drinks were seized in a state of chaos.
“We are taking this incident very seriously, this is a commercial robbery,” police said.
The officers also said that the same group was gathering in front of another McDonald’s branch on Milton Street around 10 p.m. that same day, but that nothing was taken.
