Sources: Israeli soldiers shoot two Palestinians in Jenin
Israeli soldiers on Saturday evening stormed the town of Zababda, south of Jenin in the northern West Bank, sparking protests before shooting a young man and a teenage boy, local sources reported.
According to local sources, the soldiers fired numerous live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs at Palestinian protesters and surrounding homes.
They also stated that the soldiers used live ammunition to shoot a young man in the shoulder and a teenage boy in the arm.
The soldiers also searched a few homes and questioned several Palestinians while inspecting their identification cards.
It is worth noting that the soldiers kidnapped Ahmad Faleh Zakarna and Mohammad Walid Zakarna from Qabatia town, south of Jenin, after stopping them at a military checkpoint near Tubas in the northeastern West Bank.
After the forces invaded the villages of Sanur, Jaba’, and Marka near Jenin on Sunday morning, soldiers shot a young Palestinian man and kidnapped two others.
