General strike announced in Bethlehem after killing child Zaid Ghoneim
A general strike was announced on Saturday in the Bethlehem Governorate to mourn the martyr Zaid Muhammad Ghoneim, 14, who was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces, yesterday, in the town of Al-Khader in the south, local sources reported.
Local sources said that the strike comes at the invitation of the factional coordination committee in the governorate, and includes all aspects of life, except for the health sector, until one o’clock in the afternoon.
The funeral of Ghoneim will be carried out in afternoon prayers today, to his final resting place in the cemetery of the martyrs in the town.
