Palestinian worker injured by IOF in Israel
Israeli occupation forces shot and wounded a Palestinian laborer on Wednesday as he attempted to cross into Israel to get to his place of employment in the village of Aneen, west of the northern West Bank city of Jenin according to Palestinian security sources.
Sources said that the worker suffered a leg injury and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Many of the hundreds of Palestinians who attempt to cross the barrier separating Israel’s West Bank from the rest of the country each day are pursued and shot by soldiers stationed there. Additionally, several workers died.
