Palestinians wounded by IOF in Kufr Qaddoum weekly march
Dozens of Palestinians on Friday were shot and wounded by rubber-coated steel bullets, and others were suffocated, including children, as Israeli troops suppressed the peaceful anti-settlement protest in the village of Kufr Qaddoum, east of Qalqilia, the occupied West Bank according to local sources.
Coordinator of the popular resistance committee in the village of Kufr Qaddoum, Murad Shtawi, reported in a press release that Israeli forces shot at participants in the rally with rubber-coated steel bullets and teargas canisters, shooting and injuring two youth in their lower extremities and causing dozens of others to suffocate due to tear gas inhalation.
Palestinians in the protest also condemned the Israeli forces’ killing of Al-Jazeera journalist, Shireen Abu Akleh, chanting slogans denouncing the Israeli occupation’s crimes against the Palestinian people, land, and holy sites.
