Cristiano Ronaldo loses his infant son
Cristiano Ronaldo, the Manchester United soccer star, announced the death of his infant son on Monday without providing any further details.
“It is with great sadness that we must announce the death of our baby son, it is the cruelest feeling that parents can feel.” adding, “The birth of our baby gives us the strength to live this moment with hope and happiness, we respectfully request privacy during this difficult time. Our little baby, you are our angel, and we will always love you.”
Ronaldo’s girlfriend, model Georgina Rodriguez, was expecting twins, and the couple has a daughter named Alana.
Ronaldo became the father of five children, the eldest of whom is Cristiano Jr. (11), as well as twins Eva and Mateo (4), Alana Martina (3), and the newborn.
