Paul Pogba revealed that he suffered from depression following his disagreement with former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho suspended Pogba from his vice-captaincy in September 2018 as their relationship deteriorated, and he believes the scenario contributed to his mental health concerns.
Pogba remarked in an interview with Le Figaro while on international duty with France, ‘I’ve battled depression in my career, but we don’t talk about it.’
‘For me, it started when I was at United with Jose Mourinho. Because you have never experienced these situations in your life, you ask yourself questions and wonder if you are to blame.
