‘Salt Bae’ gains £7m in first four months
‘Salt Bae’ an ultra-pricey steak restaurant raked in £7million in its initial four months of trading.
Nusret Gokçe the Turkish butcher who got known for the flamboyant manner in which he salted steak. Last year, He opened the “Nusr-Et” restaurant in London’s Knightsbridge district.
Rapidly attracted attention for outrageously expensive dishes, for example the £630 gold leaf-wrapped steak.
Even with the negative criticism of the food, Nusrat got the money. The UK-based Nusrat Company has announced turnover of £7 million for 2021 and a profit of £2.2 million.
Salt Bae’s empire located in other several areas in the world; in New York, Dubai and Istanbul and attracted a celebrity fans, such as Leonardo DiCaprio, David Beckham and rapper Snoop Dogg.
