Rayan’s tragedy is repeated in Morocco
The death of the two-year-old child in a well next to his house in the province of Fqih Ben Saleh, a few months after the death of the Moroccan child Rayan.
It was said that the child was playing in front of his family’s house and during his game he fell into a well about 20 meters deep, in the “Ahad Bu Musa” area, while other information appeared that the well was more than 45 meters deep.
The narrowness and depth of the well slowed the rescue process, as the concerned authorities retrieved the child’s body about two hours after he fell into the well and he was dead.
The incident aroused great anger in local circles, which brought up the incident of the child “Rayan”, as Moroccan ambulance teams took the child Rayan out last February 5, dead from the well in which he was stuck for five days, after the incident aroused unprecedented sympathy at the global level.
The Moroccan government has warned against carrying out works to drill a well, a water hole, cavities, a ground passage, a tunnel, or the installation of a pipe or a channel without taking the usual precautions and indications or prescribed by law. She had earlier agreed to the proposed penalization law.
