Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Tuesday has cautioned negotiators engaging with Russia not to eat or drink with their counterparts following accusations that Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich and Ukrainian negotiators were poisoned.
“I encourage everyone involved in the talks with the Russian Federation not to eat or drink anything, and to avoid touching any surfaces,” Kuleba said.
This warning comes as negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Turkey are set to conclude on Tuesday.
