Sources: Clashes in Barqa’a village, Palestinians suffocated
A number of young men on Tuesday were suffocated during clashes between Israeli forces at the entrance to the Barqa ‘a village, northwest of Nablus according to local sources.
Local sources reported massive clashes erupted between young men and Israeli forces who came to the scene to protect a march of settlers towards the vacant settlement of “Homesh”.
More than 50 buses carrying dozens of settlers have arrived in preparation for the settlers’ march.
Since the morning, the Israeli forces had closed all entrances to the town of Barqah with dirt bridges, with calls by settlers for a massive march in the area.
